Grandma's Sugar Cookies 

(if your grandma is an awesome, super talented, compassionate, non-diabetic)


Cream together:
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
Add:
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup buttermilk
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out, cut, and bake at 350 until your finger doesn't leave an impression on the cookie (basically, they look done). 

Frost your Grandma's Sugar Cookies with this...


  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Add all ingredients together. As you mix with a mixer, slowly add milk until you get the consistency you like. Frost 'em and enjoy!
